Purpose

These terms govern the use of Elaris TCG, a free anime card-collecting game. By creating an account, you accept the rules below.

Access to the game

Elaris TCG is accessible free of charge to anyone creating an account. The game is recommended from age 13; below that age, the consent of a parent or legal guardian is required. (Provided for information only, not legal advice.)

Each player is responsible for the confidentiality of their password and for any actions taken from their account.

Crystals and purchases

Crystals are the game's virtual currency: they can be earned for free by playing (missions, achievements, first drops, market sales) and can also be purchased with real money via Stripe, our payment provider.

Crystals:

• have no real monetary value and are neither refundable nor exchangeable for money, except as provided by law or described here;
• can only be used inside the game (packs, shop, referral code);
• are tied to the account and cannot be transferred between players.

Payments are processed by Stripe; Elaris TCG does not store any banking data.

Rules of conduct

The following are prohibited: cheating or exploiting bugs to gain an unfair advantage, impersonation, harassment or abusive language toward other players (including via messaging or trades), and any attempt to circumvent the site's security measures.

Account termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. If you fail to comply with the rules of conduct above, access to the account may be suspended or removed. Purchases already made are not refunded as a result of a suspension linked to a violation of these terms.

Availability and liability

Elaris TCG is provided "as is", as an independent project maintained on its developer's free time. No guarantee is given of continuous availability, absence of bugs, or permanent data retention. The service may evolve, be temporarily interrupted, or shut down, without this giving rise to any compensation other than that provided for by law.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated to reflect the evolution of the game; the version in force is always the one published on this page.
