Game rules

These rules apply to every account, without exception. They come in addition to the terms of use.
1

One player, one account

One account per person. Creating side accounts to feed a main account with cards or crystals is the most serious offence in the game.

2

The game is played by hand

No bot, script, macro or third-party software to open packs, buy on the market or play in a player's place. The game is built for a human experience.

3

A bug is not a reward

A flaw that grants cards, crystals or packs the game was not meant to give must be reported, not used. Exploiting it, even once, is treated as cheating. Reporting it may be rewarded.

4

Nothing is bought with real money between players

Selling, buying or trading cards, crystals or an account for real money is forbidden, by any means. Crystals hold no value in euros and can never be converted back.

5

An account belongs to one person

An account is not lent, shared or sold. Everything done from an account is the responsibility of its holder, including when someone else used it.

6

Trades are final

An accepted trade cannot be undone. The card lock exists to prevent accidents: a locked card can neither be traded, sold nor fused. Moderation does not return a card traded or sold by mistake.

7

Respect for other players

Insults, harassment, threats, hateful content and impersonation are forbidden, in messages and trades as well as in usernames. An offensive username is changed without notice.

8

No trade scams

Promising something in return for a card and then giving nothing is punished as cheating. Whatever happens outside the game binds no one: only the trade completed in the game counts.

9

Reporting is not a weapon

Reporting unusual behaviour is useful. Reporting out of revenge, or in bulk to get someone punished, is an offence in itself.

10

What happens when a rule is broken

Depending on severity: a warning, or a ban. A ban wipes the account from the game — cards, ranking, collection and progress disappear, and any world firsts held become available again. The decision is final. An email explains the reason; a mistake is disputed by replying to that email.

11

Moderation decides

These rules cannot cover everything. Faced with behaviour plainly against the spirit of the game, moderation decides. Decisions are logged, including those made by administrators.
